Do I need a permit, and who pulls it?

Three permits are required: building, electrical, and mechanical (gas), all through Fort Worth Development Services. Grasten Power pulls everything. We submit the application, coordinate the inspections, and run any HOA architectural review (Westover Hills, Mira Vista, and most master planned communities require this). From you we need a signed Notice of Commencement and a property survey. Approval normally runs 10 to 21 business days, longer in peak storm months.
