Grasten Power pulls every permit. The city requires building, electrical, and mechanical (gas) permits through Dallas Building Inspection. We submit the application, schedule the inspections, and handle any HOA architectural review (relevant in Highland Park, Preston Hollow, and most of the gated communities north of LBJ).
