Grasten Power runs our own service fleet across Dallas Fort Worth. Our mobile vehicles are stocked with common parts. Our 24/7 dispatch line is a live phone, not an answering service. When a major event hits Tarrant County, our crews stay in the metro working through the call volume. Most Fort Worth customers enroll in an annual maintenance plan at installation to keep the unit and the 12 year warranty in good standing.
